Legal
All bookings must be confirmed in advance. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $30 cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged in full.
All prices listed are a guide for standard sedans and hatchbacks. Final pricing is confirmed before work commences. SUVs, 4WDs, vans, and heavily soiled vehicles may incur additional charges. We will always advise you of any price variation prior to starting.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept bank transfer, PayID, and card payments. Invoices with our ABN (98 195 456 764) are available upon request.
Luxe Vault Detailing takes the utmost care with every vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, scratches, swirl marks, or paint defects that are not caused by our service. We ask that any pre-existing damage be noted before work begins. We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle during the service.
Our standard service area covers suburbs within 10km of Bankstown, NSW. Jobs outside this radius may incur a travel fee, which will be communicated prior to booking confirmation.
In the event of severe weather conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment at no charge.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed job and we will work to resolve the issue. We stand behind our work.
A water source and power outlet must be available at the service location. Your vehicle must be accessible and in a reasonable condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, or biohazardous material may incur additional charges.
Deposits & Payments — A non-refundable $90 deposit is required to confirm your booking, deducted from your final invoice. Unconfirmed bookings may be forfeited. Full payment is due on completion via EFT or cash.
Coating Longevity — Our ceramic coatings can last up to 5 years. Actual durability depends on environmental conditions, maintenance, and day-to-day care.
Maintenance — Ceramic coatings require ongoing care. A Care & Maintenance Guide will be provided after service. This includes using pH-neutral products, proper washing techniques, and avoiding automatic car washes and harsh chemicals. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may reduce the coating's lifespan.
Liability — We hold no liability for coating deterioration caused by neglect, automatic/brush car washes, harsh chemicals, improper washing, environmental fallout, or third-party detailing. No guarantee on exact longevity can be made due to external factors outside our control.
Vehicle Condition — Pre-existing defects such as scratches, oxidation, or clear-coat failure are not covered unless addressed through a separate paint correction package.
Post-Service Care — After application, avoid washing for 5–7 days, parking under trees, and high-pressure water on coated surfaces until fully cured. Full instructions provided on completion.
Inspections — We're happy to inspect if you feel the coating is underperforming. Any reapplication or corrective work due to neglect or improper care will incur additional charges.
